Finally some came with a part which was the fan to fix my air conditioner. When the fan was installed the unit still was not working so the serviceman said oh you need a motor as it not working. I said really I guess the first service guy did not check the whole unit to find that out
Now I have to wait again with no air conditioner in the heat that is coming in the next few days to get another part and wait for another call to come and fix it. This service is not acceptable this unit was installed in 2024 and not too old to have these problems. My last air conditioning lasted years. Some lady called yesterday said some manager will call me but as of today no one has called. I have referred 3 people to this company and 1 of them is also have issues. But I will not be recommending this company to anyone again. Service is very poor.
