i am never sure when talking to AtlasCare on the phone whether it is a human or AI, however when Steven P came to service our AC unit it was more than clear he was human. Very efficient, very easy to deal with, full of information, a real touch of old style person to person contact. A real pleasure!

On the other hand the organization would benefit by having customer service and provide follow up feedback calls Jeff is the perfect example of failing customer expectations. He NEVER FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH HIS PROMISES.

I've dealt exclusively with Atlas Care whenever I needed professional HVAC services. A big thanks to Neil, who today provided sound advice and guidance on the replacement of my old A/C unit. I really appreciated his ability to explain everything in simple terms and to demonstrate the deficiency in the current unit. I like Atlas Care, not only because of the equipment they sell, but also for the their highly-trained and professional staff. Neil is an excellent example of this.

I have been a member at Atlascare for more than 10 year and have always received very good service. I moved last year and carried the membership to our new home. When I called to have our 15yr old AC which was not cooling our house checked, I knew it would need replacing. Atlascare gave me a 4hr window for the service call. Llio S arrived at the mid point of the window. Llio verified that the AC needed to be replaced. Llio took the time to answer questions that I had about different options I had been considering.Llio gave me the pros and cons to each so I could make the best choices for us at this time. Some problems with the kitchen sinks not draining properly and also leaky plumbing. Brian was tue tech who arrived to assess the issues which turned out to be more than expected and he had to return the following day with a partner.
They showed up on time as promised and corrected the issues in a timely manner. Both Brian and his partner were excellent, professional, very respectful, and obviously masters of their trades.
Highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them if needed in the future. You get what you pay for...excellent work Brian, thank you.

I was very pleased with the service technician from Atlas Care. Miguel V. was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the maintenance work he was doing on the air conditioner. He kept the work spaces both indoor and outdoors clean and tidy which I appreciated very much. He explained any additional charges ( e.g new humidifier pads that I had requested ). Thank you for your excellent service Miguel!

Daniel S attended our house regarding a leak my wife and I were having from shutoff valve in the basement, not the first valve that has leaked in past few years. It was determined that shutoff valves throughout the house were too old, outdated, cheaply made and installed by builder 25 years ago when house was built. Replacements were done throughout the house with much better ball valves including shotoffs for sinks, toilets, showers, laundry, outside and inside taps. Dan was very informative, no further leaks and peace of mind for two Seniors. Thank you Daniel S.
