Marcus our plumbing technician was stellar… knowledgeable - clear - did a thorough inspection - of our plumbing issues. Our taps need to be replaced ,toilet tank part replaced… work to be done tomorrow as parts had to be ordered.. Atlas provides excellent services.

He diagnosed the problem is with a piece of electronic and try to get a rush order to replace the faulty electronic .Our heat pump is only 2 years old from Atlascare. I hope he can come back after getting the replacement to help fix the issue.

Marcus came to my house to access a sewer backup problem. He explained in detail what he was doing and showed me with the camera what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. I highly recommend Marcus. Very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. If I need another plumber, I will call Atlas and insist on Marcus.

Del Ligia was excellent! We would like Atlas to provide more precisely when we can expect to receive maintenance service instead of waiting most of the 4 hour window. For example, are we going to be first in line, second, third, etc., so we do not have to tie up 4 hours waiting.

My experience with Neil, Darrian and Michael was absolutely terrific. Neil gave me great insights on options so I could make an informed choice for a new air conditioner. Darrian and Michael were friendly and efficient. I especially appreciated the time they took to show me a couple of other things on my hvac setup. It was an incredibly hot week and I am grateful that they treated this like an emergency to help us get through this heat wave. I highly recommend their services.

This was my third time dealing with Atlas Care, every time the staff was very professional and polite. Don M. Arrived on time. To complete a sink install, which was more complicated than originally anticipated. Kevin arrive to provide assistances. They did an amazing job, cleaned up after. Truly was a great experience. Mohsen quickly determined another call would be necessary to address our main AC issue but quickly fixed a smaller problem with another unit, which means in the meantime we have at least some cooling which we’re very grateful for.

I've dealt exclusively with Atlas Care whenever I needed professional HVAC services. A big thanks to Neil, who today provided sound advice and guidance on the replacement of my old A/C unit. I really appreciated his ability to explain everything in simple terms and to demonstrate the deficiency in the current unit. I like Atlas Care, not only because of the equipment they sell, but also for the their highly-trained and professional staff. Neil is an excellent example of this.

I have been a member at Atlascare for more than 10 year and have always received very good service. I moved last year and carried the membership to our new home. When I called to have our 15yr old AC which was not cooling our house checked, I knew it would need replacing. Atlascare gave me a 4hr window for the service call. Llio S arrived at the mid point of the window. Llio verified that the AC needed to be replaced. Llio took the time to answer questions that I had about different options I had been considering.Llio gave me the pros and cons to each so I could make the best choices for us at this time. Some problems with the kitchen sinks not draining properly and also leaky plumbing. Brian was tue tech who arrived to assess the issues which turned out to be more than expected and he had to return the following day with a partner.
They showed up on time as promised and corrected the issues in a timely manner. Both Brian and his partner were excellent, professional, very respectful, and obviously masters of their trades.
Highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them if needed in the future. You get what you pay for...excellent work Brian, thank you.
