Herewith, I am giving very special thanks to the AtlasCare attending tech (02/25/2025), Mr. JAGIT. Excellent service - by the outstanding professional. No element of the system was left unattended. During the inspection, the said tech was carefully testing the system in its entirety, by employing a complex approach, and, while doing so, provided detailed explanations concerning his findings, always answered relevant questions. Needless to say, Mr. JAGIT did document his research in a very detailed manner by photographing whatever he had witnessed and, furthermore, made himself accountable in this aspect by placing the resulting images into the text of invoices in chronological order. At this point, I am going to re-iterate without hesitation: Mr. JAGIT does stand out as a professional. Having stated this, I would be pleased and honored to add that Mr. JAGIT deserves a much better reward than this quite generic reference letter. Notably, I would suggest that, given his superb communication skills and erudition, Mr. JAGIT should be considered as a valuable asset in the field of the technical training of the new employees and apprentices. Our furnace needed to be replaced, and fortunately service technicians Vish and Satinder from Atlas Care Heating and Cooling came out the very next day. They were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced. They walked us through the installation process, worked efficiently, and had our new furnace up and running in no time. It was a huge relief for me and my family to feel warm air flowing again so quickly. These guys truly get the job done without wasting any time. I would definitely recommend this service and will know exactly who to call for any future heating needs.

I am a Technical Project Manager and contractor (not HVAC). After consulting with 5 reputable companies I decided to move forward with Atlas Care to replace my AC and furnace. Matt was responsible for the quote and was straightforward and honest which I appreciated compared to the other companies who were doing the typical sales BS. His price was best compared to the other companies. Since my AC was broken he arranged for the full install next day! The installer brothers, Dakota and Connor, were absolutely top tier! Both polite, professional, hardworking and answered all my questions with ease. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and strangers. Overall a great experience for an expensive investment. Special thanks to the installer brothers, very happy with your workmanship and attitude throughout the 10 hour install.

Kavi D. was at my home last week to install a Flo by Moen water monitor. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient! In addition, the job took much less time than the original commitment which was much appreciated as I had to leave for an appointment as soon as he was finished. Kavi was also articulate and patient and worked with me to install the device in such a way as to minimize any post-install patch work. Impressed, and would not hesitate to have him or AtlasCare do other work in my home.

We were fortunately helped by this gentleman called Neil Campbell. He is one of the best human beings, technicians, customer service guys and brand ambassadors I have seen in my life. The first thing he said to me as soon as he walked into my house was "I will get it fixed". He is a very polite, courteous and knowledgeable person and very down to earth and friendly. I can write even more but I want to keep it short and sweet. People like Neil Campbell are true brand ambassadors. Kudos to him and Atlas. Please protect him at all cost. He is a gem.

Bryan is very helpful. Not only was he nice + on time, he was also very professional in his task. He was able to help with my initial issues, but he also help identify some more issues that I didn’t noticed before. I’ve booked another appointment for those issues with AtlasCare and I’m really happy that I found this company online. They are professional and they are very responsible about their work.

We had a fantastic experience with AtlasCare! Our AC was no longer working, which during a heatwave was very concerning (to say the least). The technician who came to my home, Jason V., was very knowledgeable, kind, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He not only repaired the issue the day of the malfunction, but also politely explained why it had happened and how to prevent it in future. He arrived on-time and made sure that the system was functioning again before leaving. The repair was also cost-effective, and the customer service reps I spoke with on the phone were just as pleasant, friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. This was made all the better by the fact that everything was arranged and repaired within the same day we contacted AtlasCare. Highly recommended!

I had some toilet issues so I called Atlas Care. They were prompt and showed up as requested. The technician was very nice and enjoyed showing my young curious kids what he was doing. Multiple options were given for fixing my issue..which was appreciated.
Overall I would recommend and use their services again....but hopefully not too soon 🙂

Absolutely fantastic service. Air conditioner died while away from home for a few weeks so I came home to a stifling house. Called Atlas and even on a Canada Day weekend they were able to get someone to me within a couple of days. They gave me a time slot and when the technician (Jason), was running a little behind, I got a phone call and a text both letting me know he was running behind and an eta for getting to my place. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Definitely recommend these folks and will likely sign up for a yearly care plan with them.

Worked with me on installation details, equipment position, venting location, etc... to make sure I was 100% happy.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst support service ever.
10 days ago, I had issues with my AC cooling system and I contacted Atlas for support to diagnose the issue. I thought it would be a better option than a known brand since I’ll get the care I need. They sent an agent within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, blamed it on my old AC unit that the builder set up and sold me a $5,000 AC.
I thought it was great service - fast, had a solution, and installed a new AC unit immediately.
All of this changed 10 days later!
The same new AC unit stopped working during the heatwave. It’s 33 degrees outside and at home, it’s 29 degrees.
I called support and since they were backed up - they were available the next day from 12-4pm. The next day, no one showed up. I got a call at 9pm saying, nobody can be dispatched until the next morning. I understood the pain of the technicians since it was during the heatwave.
The next morning (day 3 of being in heat), the technician comes and resets the unit and claims it’s working. When he left the house, it was 25.5 degrees. 5 hours later, it increased to 26.5 degrees.
CLEARLY nothing was fixed.
I called support back asking for help and they said the earliest a support agent can come by is 2 days later with NO ETA.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS???
They brag about 10 years parts + labour warranty but the unit breaks down in 10 days after install and it takes them 5 days to fix the issue - DURING A HEATWAVE when you need an AC unit.
Our residential community has a ton of AC issues and they’re all in the market for a provider. I’m strongly recommending not to go with Atlas.
Unfortunately, I’m stuck with this new AC unit and their service for the next few years. It’s really sad.
I’m waiting for a manager to call me later today. Hoping for some resolution.

Mr. Young carried a full maintenance schedule on my older air conditioner. He explained what he had done carefully, and advised me on some practical solutions to our household dilemma. Refreshing to deal with a company that puts customer service 1st. The Atlas team are pros start to finish! Matt (sales rep)provided multiple options to fit our needs and budget without pressure or rental schemes. Their installation team were prompt, efficient, and very courteous, leaving no trace of work or mess.
Atlas is proficient in keeping the customer informed of bookings, arrival times and proximity of their service providers. Nice to be kept in the loop instead of the dark!

Adam is an amazing technician . Very professional . There are some technical issue at the property took him little longer time then regular install. He was still so calm and didn’t even complain single time. I wish all the people are like him:calm , compose and professional. I wish him good luck . Even Zack who came to boom the install is amazing as well . Overall I have an amazing experience with Atlas and will definitely recommend atlas to anyone . Thanks

Five stars! John and team did an excellent job installing our AC unit and condenser pump. They were efficient, polite, and clearly knew what they was doing. We 100% recommend Atlas care heating and cooling. We live in Toronto and had them replace our furnace and our AC unit. They came and quoted us right away, the sales guy Alex was super helpful and informative. They were able to work out a price that was within our budget and were helpful and not pushy. Installation was extremely smooth, the gentlemen who came to our house were very polite and knowledge. They worked quickly and were in and out in six hours. We are very happy with our decision and again would certainly recommend them!

Alex Unkerskov was our technician for plumbing. He was punctual and very pleasant to deal with. He provided advice when necessary and did a very professional job and left the area clean before leaving. Because I was from out of town, I would have given 5 stars if the work (a leaking kitchen sink) was completed on the same day but Alex did try to return as early as possible the next day. Also the price was a bit steep but I assume that was because it was an urgent short notice repair. Thanks Alex and thank you AtlasCare.

The pipe under my kitchen sink cracked. They came in just over an hour to give me an estimate, which I accepted. They returned the next day to install the new piping. They were professional, polite, and finished the work in a timely manner. They left the job site as clean as when they came. They removed the old cracked piping and other debris. Looks great to me, and everything seems to be working fine.

Had a great experience working with AtlasCare as I moved toward creating a “greener home”. In doing so I removed my gas furnace and replaced it with a Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump. Mike at AtlasCare did an amazing job not only with the installation but the configuration of the system to work optimally in my home. And he stayed engaged over the course of the next year to see that it was working optimally in different seasons. It is very energy efficient and while my electricity costs have increased slightly this winter, my gas bill has dropped to nearly zero so I’m still ahead in cost savings. And finally AtlasCare was very competitive with their pricing and helped me with government incentives/rebates so I feel I got great value. So overall working with AtlasCare and Mike (who installed the Mitsubishi Zuba system) was a great experience!!
