I called him because our commercial washroom exhaust fans were not operating. He spent about an hour on site and inspected the ERV unit using the standard ladder. After completing his inspection, he honestly told me that he could not find any mechanical problem and believed the issue was related to the commercial control switch, which he was not familiar with.
