I had a fantastic experience with the furnace maintenance service provided by Atlas care.Anthony was thorough in checking my Lennox furnace , explaining his finding clearly and even help me to set the thermostat for auto air circulation ( that required pre setting for each day of the week).Appreciate the extra advice on water heater too. I continue to be impressed by Atlas and how prompt and professional all the folks are. I was having an issue with my AC unit and I called at 9 am, and by 4:00 pm David, the technician was here, figured out the issue and remedied the situation. He was friendly and personable and efficient. It was Atlas who sold and installed the whole HVAC system last year and I was impressed with the company then and I still am. We had an annual routine furnace check-up today. Ray was our technician and he was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He found things other technicians have not such as the need for a new humidifier filter annually. He was friendly, and professional. I request him for each visit.
