Binyam checked the AC systems as part of our Spring maintenance program. Although Binyam discovered a problem with one of the units, he was able to determine that the faulty part is still under warranty and got us a labour estimate within an hour of completing his maintenance check. Having the same technician back year after year is a real plus.

Recently had a leaky AC/furnace unit looked at by Nasir. He arrived within the expected window, and AtlasCare's SMS that he was on the way was much appreciated.
Once he arrived Nasir seemingly took the time to explain what was going on and investigated one or two other issues tangentially related to the leak. He was friendly throughout but said he wasn't able to fix the issue due to the leak being caused by the air conditioner being an old model and the required refrigerant/part not being available.
While the model and refrigerant components may be true, after learning about air conditioning and investigating on my own, something didn't feel right. So I went down an internet AC rabbit hole and eventually found a clogged drainage hose that I removed, cleaned out, and replaced. No water has leaked for almost a year now.
I may still need a new AC unit one day, but the source of this leak was clearly a clogged hose that AtlasCare missed. Very disappointing, and makes me suspicious of whether the other recommendation was just an attempt to sell additional items.

Kevin T was fantastic getting our heat pump working. We'd been without a heat pump since November 2025, and after many failed attempts to diagnose and fix it, Kevin came through. This was our second winter without a heat pump and quite frankly both climate Air and Atlas Care dropped the ball. No call backs on request, not honouring the guarantees, but Kevin did his very best to see to our needs.

Very disappointed with the service from AtlasCare.
I signed up for their monthly plan and had repairs done on Feb 18, 2026. A follow-up visit was required because parts needed to be ordered—but here we are at the end of April with zero updates.
I’ve called four separate times, and each time I was told they would check with the parts department and get back to me. No one ever did.
Poor communication and lack of follow-through, especially for a paid service plan. Would not recommend based on this experience.

-After several more calls, finally got the vent motor replaced on May 1st, but was still missing the zoning damper motor.
-On May 6th, received a call to book a time to replace the zoning damper motor on May 7th, offered to do it for free
-On May 7th, technician came with wrong zoning damper motor, and was not able to find the right one after visiting 3 different suppliers. I ordered the motor online after technician left, received on May 8th, fixed it myself. Zoning damper finally working well after all the chaos.

I did not have a good experience with this company at all. We had a blockage in our pipe. A technician named Josh came to inspect it and told us, “Don’t worry, we’ll clear it for you tomorrow.” I explained that the previous technician who came from the same company before had said it was a serious blockage, but Josh kept assuring us that it would not be a problem and that they could definitely fix it. He said we have the better machine now and there is no issue.
The estimate was $ 1,582.
The next day they came back and tried snaking the pipe and doing different things, but they were unable to fix the issue. After that, they still charged me over $394 for work they could not complete.
I told them the problem had not even been fixed, but they said their time was not free. Then I asked them to send me the invoice before payment, and they said I had to pay first and only then they would send the invoice. I found that very strange and unprofessional.
I also asked if I could speak with the owner or manager of the company, and they told me they were not allowed to give me the boss’s phone number. They said I had to call the company directly. That response upset me because I could not understand why they were refusing to let me speak to management.
I paid almost $400 and nothing is fixed .
Overall, I had a very bad experience with this company and I would not recommend doing business with them.

May 6 2026 I would like to add to my review as I met 3 great gentlemen today and yesterday at my house for a new furnace and air conditioning system.

The reason Dell serviced our A/C SpacePak is because we specifically asked for him. I would rather wait a month if necessary, to make sure we get Dell. He provides an outstanding level of service, always extremely thorough and never cutting corners, which honestly hasn’t consistently been the case with other Atlas technicians. Dell also takes ample time to walk me through the condition of the units after completion of the service. Last, but not least, Dell is a super nice guy.

Edited 5/6/2026: Zachary completed our annual AC service today and as usual he was prompt and courteous with quality service. They even rescheduled me in the very next day because it was raining on the day I was supposed to have the inspection but due to weather they weren't able to complete it, so rather than make us wait they scheduled us in first thing the next day. I'd continue to recommend Atlas Care to anyone looking for home maintenance services.

Franklyn was awesome. He get’s a 5 out of 5. what’s problematic is that Atlascare sent him without the proper equipment; he didn’t have a ladder.
I’ve had this service done for nearly 10 years and Atlascare acted like and sent a representative as if it was the first time they’ve ever been to my house to service they’s united I’ve purchased through new. that’s is not how to treat ongoing customers.
Franklyn was amazing; he used what I had to do the job, but should never have been put in that spot. Knowing your custom is key & Atlascare seemed to forget me entirely.

Herewith, I am giving very special thanks to the AtlasCare attending tech (02/25/2025), Mr. JAGIT. Excellent service - by the outstanding professional. No element of the system was left unattended. During the inspection, the said tech was carefully testing the system in its entirety, by employing a complex approach, and, while doing so, provided detailed explanations concerning his findings, always answered relevant questions. Needless to say, Mr. JAGIT did document his research in a very detailed manner by photographing whatever he had witnessed and, furthermore, made himself accountable in this aspect by placing the resulting images into the text of invoices in chronological order. At this point, I am going to re-iterate without hesitation: Mr. JAGIT does stand out as a professional. Having stated this, I would be pleased and honored to add that Mr. JAGIT deserves a much better reward than this quite generic reference letter. Notably, I would suggest that, given his superb communication skills and erudition, Mr. JAGIT should be considered as a valuable asset in the field of the technical training of the new employees and apprentices. Our furnace needed to be replaced, and fortunately service technicians Vish and Satinder from Atlas Care Heating and Cooling came out the very next day. They were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced. They walked us through the installation process, worked efficiently, and had our new furnace up and running in no time. It was a huge relief for me and my family to feel warm air flowing again so quickly. These guys truly get the job done without wasting any time. I am a Technical Project Manager and contractor (not HVAC). After consulting with 5 reputable companies I decided to move forward with Atlas Care to replace my AC and furnace. Matt was responsible for the quote and was straightforward and honest which I appreciated compared to the other companies who were doing the typical sales BS. His price was best compared to the other companies. Since my AC was broken he arranged for the full install next day! The installer brothers, Dakota and Connor, were absolutely top tier! Both polite, professional, hardworking and answered all my questions with ease. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and strangers. Overall a great experience for an expensive investment. Special thanks to the installer brothers, very happy with your workmanship and attitude throughout the 10 hour install.

Kavi D. was at my home last week to install a Flo by Moen water monitor. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient! In addition, the job took much less time than the original commitment which was much appreciated as I had to leave for an appointment as soon as he was finished. Kavi was also articulate and patient and worked with me to install the device in such a way as to minimize any post-install patch work. We were fortunately helped by this gentleman called Neil Campbell. He is one of the best human beings, technicians, customer service guys and brand ambassadors I have seen in my life. The first thing he said to me as soon as he walked into my house was "I will get it fixed". He is a very polite, courteous and knowledgeable person and very down to earth and friendly. I can write even more but I want to keep it short and sweet. People like Neil Campbell are true brand ambassadors. Kudos to him and Atlas. Please protect him at all cost. He is a gem.

We had a fantastic experience with AtlasCare! Our AC was no longer working, which during a heatwave was very concerning (to say the least). The technician who came to my home, Jason V., was very knowledgeable, kind, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He not only repaired the issue the day of the malfunction, but also politely explained why it had happened and how to prevent it in future. He arrived on-time and made sure that the system was functioning again before leaving. The repair was also cost-effective, and the customer service reps I spoke with on the phone were just as pleasant, friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. This was made all the better by the fact that everything was arranged and repaired within the same day we contacted AtlasCare. Highly recommended!

I had some toilet issues so I called Atlas Care. They were prompt and showed up as requested. The technician was very nice and enjoyed showing my young curious kids what he was doing. Multiple options were given for fixing my issue..which was appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic service. Air conditioner died while away from home for a few weeks so I came home to a stifling house. Called Atlas and even on a Canada Day weekend they were able to get someone to me within a couple of days. They gave me a time slot and when the technician (Jason), was running a little behind, I got a phone call and a text both letting me know he was running behind and an eta for getting to my place. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Definitely recommend these folks and will likely sign up for a yearly care plan with them.
