Great services by Adam M and Ben. They came in at 8am sharp, removed the old furnace and put the new one in, installed the new thermostat, brought me along and explained what and why they did things and made sure there was no mess left behind. Atlas took care of all equipment registration and warranty. This makes a very seamless and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for any HVAC job.

I had a clogged toilet and shower drain back up. Josh came to give me an estimate to resolve the problem. He was very thorough in explaining the problem, possible cenarios that could arise, and all options available for me. I appreciated the honesty and transparency, as he showed me the condition of the parts of my drain that were visible, and images from diagnostic tools of other parts. The worst case cenario did present itself, but Josh was able to explain the repair step by step, which greatly assisted me in making decisions regarding my options. Josh was polite, respectful, and it was a pleasure having him do the job. Thank you, Josh!

He was very fast and efficient. I was pleased with his performance. Best of all, since I there was no bill since I had purchased the furnance less than a year ago. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. He explained that while the furnace humidifier was working he adjusted the settings in the humidifier to suit our needs. My wife and I were very satisfied with the service.

Jeffrey Eaton is outstanding troubleshooter and a boiler/hydronic heating expert. He stepped into our complicated situation - we had zero hot water alongside very poor hot water since a tankless water system was installed 6 years prior. Jeffrey was amazing. He figured out the current problem was plumbing [crossover], that the constant failures in our system were related to excess City water pressure and that we needed a larger tankless water heater. Lots of problems all at once. So grateful to have a functioning system now and to the excellent team who fixed the numerous problems expertly. Jeffrey Eaton, Steve Woods, Nick, Amir, Jalen, Kaleb, Spencer among other. A great team of professionals. Phew. And thank you very much.

I wanted to really test our new system (heating and cooling) before I wrote this review. My house lost heat on the coldest day earlier this year, January 29th, and we had to call a few companies before we found AtlasCare.
The night we called, they sent out a salesperson named Hasan after 9 p.m. Hasan was professional and not too pushy. The next morning, January 30th, they sent out a tech named Darien and his assistant (sorry, I forgot his name), and they were excellent!
We had to upgrade to one of the high-efficiency systems that needs pipes at the side of the house. Our house is a little on the older side and wasn’t built for it, but Darien figured out a way to put the pipes between our ceiling and drywall without damaging anything or leaving the pipes visible.
We then scheduled an AC unit upgrade, and the same two men came out and added the system in February. We had a narrow walkway because of all the snow, but they made it work.
After having the system for almost 7 months, the AC keeps up in the summer and we didn't freeze to death in the winter, and I couldn’t be happier with Darien’s excellent and fast work.

Ray D was honest, transparent, and professional from start to finish.
I called him because our commercial washroom exhaust fans were not operating. He spent about an hour on site and inspected the ERV unit using the standard ladder. After completing his inspection, he honestly told me that he could not find any mechanical problem and believed the issue was related to the commercial control switch, which he was not familiar with. Instead of charging me anyway, he recommended contacting a company that specialized in commercial unit.
What impressed me most wasn't that he didn't charge me—it was his honesty. Many companies could have billed for a service call or guessed at unnecessary repairs. Instead, Ray was transparent about what he knew, what he didn't know, and pointed me in the right direction.
In my experience, honesty and integrity are far more valuable than simply fixing a problem. I would gladly call Ray again in the future and highly recommend.
Afterward, I contacted another HVAC company for the same issue, same procedure, and the experience was completely different. It made me appreciate Ray's honesty, transparency, and professionalism even more.

I received excellent service from Atlascare recently when I had a heat pump and furnace installed. The company explained with great patience how the technology worked, and they took care of all paper work and appointments necessary re energy audits and rebate application.
