Our Team
Roger
Grochmal has spent over 35 years in the HVAC industry. Along with
extensive HVAC knowledge and expertise, Roger brings degrees in
Engineering and Business to AtlasCare. He acquired AtlasCare from
the founding Bach family in 1986.
In 2003, Roger was joined by his son Michael. Michael has a
degree in business and experience in sales and marketing. Michael
operates as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Care.
The heart and soul of AtlasCare is Dick Thomas. Dick has spent
his entire 31 year career at AtlasCare working his way up from
apprentice to Vice President of Operations. He knows most of our
customers and has been in many of their homes.
Rounding out our management team is Karen Johnston, assistant
controller and Robin Hanson, our Manager of Employee Care, who
holds a business degree and 25 years of business experience.
The AtlasCare team has a significant number of long term
employees with 5 - 25 years service in all key areas of the company
giving us a depth of experience and continuity that helps us mentor
our new employees and fulfill our mission to create customers for
life.
